“He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.”

Ephesians 4:16

The heart behind project 416

Project 416 is inspired by Ephesians 4:16, which describes a picture of the Body of Christ working together. Each part connected, each part contributing, and the whole growing stronger through that connection.

We were never meant to do this alone. When people come together with a shared focus on Christ, something greater is built not by removing differences, but by choosing to move forward in what we share. A love for Jesus and a desire to serve.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:

Community Gathering

Step 1 is a relaxed community gathering with live music, reflection, and prayer. It is not a church service or formal worship, but a space designed for connection, relationships, and building trust across churches and communities.

Step 2:

Quarterly Outreach

Step 2 turns connection into action. Churches align each quarter to partner with local nonprofits and serve the community together as one. The 416 Dream Team helps organize and coordinate these outreach efforts. Creating lasting impact in the community and strengthening connection with one another.

our beliefs

Kingdom Mind & project 416 focuses on the core truths of the Christian faith that unite believers across different backgrounds.

We recognize that there are differences in interpretation on certain theological topics. While we respect those differences, Kingdom Mind and PROJECT 416 does not take a position on secondary or denominational-specific doctrines.

Our goal is not to debate these differences, but to create space for connection, shared faith in Christ, and serving the community together.

We encourage individuals to remain rooted in their local church for deeper teaching and guidance.
